I count it a privilege to write a letter of reference for my gifted preacher friend, Bryan. I am so impressed with his character. Jesus is his model for daily life, and the Bible is the standard for his daily conduct. His integrity is unimpeachable, and his spirit is one of humility and compassion. Bryan has been given unusual gifts for ministry; He is a superb communicator with a compassionate spirit for people and a desire to teach the Word of God. If you need an unusually gifted and dedicated young man, look no further than Bryan.

It is not often one is privileged to meet a young man with truly extraordinary gifts who is being used so effectively to reach teenagers, and college students. Bryan Bailey is so personable, articulate, bright, married very well, and so deeply committed to our Lord. It is a privilege to call him a friend, and to highly recommend him. This is a young man with a significant present, and truly a great future.

Authentic, compassionate, practical, relational, personal, and theologically sound are words that I would use to describe Bryan Bailey. I have known Bryan for over 5 years, first as my intern and then as my friend. I have seen him in a large number of situations from speaking to large crowds of students/adults to small groups to one on one. You will find no one better who can relate God's Word to this generation of students and adults. He takes seriously the call of God on his life to preach and on God's call on his life to walk with Him. This is a man that you will want to have stand before your people if God opens the door for Bryan to serve alongside of you.

For the past thirty years, I have had the privilege of being involved in student ministry. During that time I have heard many good student communicators. There are few, however, that rise to the top. The list of great student communicators includes men such as Louie Giglio and Voddie Baucham. Now there is another name that can be added to everyone's short list: Bryan C. Bailey. Bryan's messages are clear, current, convicting, and challenge everyone to champion Christ in all that they do, think and say!

When speaking to groups, Bryan evokes a deep connection to his source in Christ. He consistently, clearly paints a picture of the problem of sin and redemption of Christ to those who need to hear. He challenges those who are in Christ to seek more from their walk and emboldens immediate response to those who listen. In all areas of ministry, Bryan maintains an approach of excellence while he proves a deep humility in his approachability. He communicates efficiently on a corporate and personal level and unwaveringly lives a consistent display of the wisdom he imparts.
In regards to innovation, Bryan is at the top of his field. He challenges the system of common student ministry by creatively centering events and programs around the message instead of attempting to incorporate purpose into an aimless, forced program. Bryan understands the limited time that we have in this life and makes excellent use of every opportunity he has to make much of Christ. He clearly understands the purpose of the church and intentionally reaches across age groups, ethnicities and socioeconomic lines to build the church as one.

Bryan always encourages me in the great commission and, in my opinion is unparalleled in his tenacity to do more for the kingdom. I wholeheartedly endorse Bryan Bailey and look forward to seeing what the future holds for him and Karina. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need any further information.

Bryan C. Bailey, a friend and role model.

I was privileged to work Bryan in Glorieta, New Mexico, where he served as camp pastor. Many camp pastors are great on stage; however, Bryan was a great encourager in all the various aspects of camp. Whether it was at a meal, recreation, or even free time, Bryan was visible and intentional in his relationships. Bryan’s transparency, warm spirit and in-your-face teaching made him easy to relate to, but challenging. Many seasoned ‘Christians’ or ‘churchgoers’ are sadly desensitized to the magnitude of things such as the cross and the glory of God. Bryan’s sensitivity to the spirit allowed him to break down these walls of separation and lead students to a more accurate view of Biblical Christianity. Bryan is simply allowing God’s Word to dictate his path, and on his way I know he has a deep desire to lead others down the same path. I am thankful to Bryan for simply preaching the Word, and allowing God to work through that. Bryan is a man whose desire for God and love for others is so evident that one can’t help but be captivated in his genuine teaching. You will fall in love with my friend Bryan C. Bailey, but more importantly he will lead you to fall in love with Jesus Christ our savior.

In a world where our students are bombarded with questionable theology and moral decadence, it is refreshing to find people who are still willing to take a stand for the Word of God. In the years that I have known Bryan, one of the things that I love most about him is that he whole heartedly believes and preaches the Bible. God has truly blessed him with both the desire to preach and the ability to do so. Bryan is one of the most dynamic and effective communicators that I know. He has a way of communicating deep truths of the Gospel without "watering down" the message. Bryan doesn't take the ministry that God has blessed him with lightly. He knows that the foundation of his ministry is his walk with the Lord. This combination of a willing heart, a surrendered life, and a vibrant walk with the Lord have made for a man who I totally trust and highly recommend."

Bryan and I share an unusual friendship.  I, the seasoned children's minister that wants the bigger portion of the church budget, and Bryan, the much younger student pastor who has the bigger portion of the church budget.  Whatever those differences may be, we have forged a friendship because of our passion to see the younger generations carry the torch of Jesus Christ boldly into the future.  I am constantly amazed at the depth of Bryan's teaching and his gift of communicating across generational lines.  I can strongly give a glowing recommendation to his ability to construct and deliver the truth of God's Word with creativeness, power and conviction.  Fortunately for me, I can also attest to his Christ-like character of friendship, humility and service.  Bryan and his wife, Karina are a joy to know and to serve along side.  Bonus.....he's a really funny guy!
